My Story
It has been 10 years since I last took on the Great South Run. It was a huge challenge then and it is a huge challenge now!
In a matter of weeks I will be taking to the streets of Portsmouth with thousands of other people, running ( I use that term very loosely) 10 miles.
This time round, I am raising funds for the amazing Mountbatten Hospice, Isle of Wight of whom I am very lucky to work for.

Being able to talk openly and honestly about death, dying and bereavement is something that I have always done, and now being able to work for an organisation that embodies this same notion is fantastic.
